What is Your Bot Saying?

For the first 4 weeks of your subscription, you will receive a list of the questions your bot received and the responses the bot made to each of those questions that week. After you review the responses, you may provide edited content for each of the responses. We will update the bot to your edited response. The review must be completed before the next weeks responses are sent.

After the first 4 weeks, you will receive the list of questions and responses monthly. There is an option to continue weekly updates.

Visitor Signups

You can capture leads from the visitors to your website with Nelson. You have the option to request your visitors contact information after every answer that Nelson provides.

If you choose to allow your visitors to contact you through the signup form on your bot you will receive a list of visitor signups – Name, Email, Phone. For the first 4 weeks, this will be sent weekly. After the first 4 weeks this will be sent monthly at the same time as the list of questions and responses.

There is an option to continue weekly notification of visitor leads
