Questions and Responses 

After the first 4 weeks, you will receive the questions and answers monthly. You may sign up for continuing weekly updates – $15/mo

For the first 4 weeks of your subscription, you will receive the list questions your bot received and the responses the bot made to each of those questions. You may edit the answers to be in your ‘voice’ and Nelson bot’s team will update the answer to your specifications.

The changes must be completed before the next responses are sent.

Visitor Signups/Leads

If you choose to allow your visitors to contact you through a signup form on your bot you will receive a list of visitor signups – Name, Email, Phone.
For the first 4 weeks, this will be sent weekly. After the first 4 weeks this will be sent monthly at the same time as the list of questions and responses.
